'' At Museum & Art Swindon we will be exhibiting ‘Art B.R.U.T’, which will be showcasing the raw, unfiltered creativity of self-taught artists from Swindon and surrounding areas. Inspired by Jean Dubuffet’s idea of ‘Art Brut’ (Raw Art), this exhibition is packed with bold, expressive pieces that break away from the usual rules of art. There’s no formal training here, just pure, unrestrained creativity. Expect a mix of painting, sculpture, digital art and more, with audio descriptions that immerse you into the creative process. This isn’t just an exhibition it’s an invitation to challenge what you think art is and reconnect with that spark of creativity we all have inside. Art B.R.U.T is a celebration of artistic freedom, showcasing a diverse range of voices and styles while adding something fresh and exciting to Swindon’s cultural scene.''

This collaborative exhibition features the artwork of Harrie Dearing and Steven Light aka SLART. Both artists are show casing work that explore the fibres of the human condition. A unique evening ft live painting above a beloved pub in the heart of old town Swindon.

 Step into stories Witten in stardust, and witness Harries cosmic artwork breath, in this new immersive exhibition.  This work is the result of Arts council funded DYCP period. Showcased  with Projection mapping technology. FT Original score by musician Gary Bamford, Photography by John & Michelle Whitmore, new poetry written and told by Harrie.

On September 9th,  Project Symbiosis was exhibited at the Shoebox Theatre, Swindon. A beautiful evening event featuring, the symbiosis interactive exhibition, live performance from the duo, and Obstructi6ns. Haries first Immersive art installation, featuring silent disco style audio collarge. 

This September Harrie is exhibiting over two weekends with Eastcott studios, Swindon. ( 17, 18, 24 & 25th)  Studio owner Jo McAree, has also invited Harrie to join her team as a tutor, she will be teaching Abstract art techniques and inspiring you to unleash your spirit through paint.
